Why, thank you. Perhaps I could expand this story into a screenplay for the Lifetime channel. They always have sappy stories about women “searching for life’s true meaning” as they battle bravely against disease xxxx.

My story would be about middle-aged systems integrator with sweaty balls. Though happy and secure, the jock itch would eventually cost him his wife, his kids, his job and his miniature collie, Fluffie.

As he struggles against the smelly horror of jock itch, he starts to see that life isn’t all about money and sex and power (none of which he’s ever had); instead, life is about a hot humid Saturday afternoon walk where your balls don’t bark like overheated puppies in a tin shack. THAT’S WHAT LIFE’S ALL ABOUT.

As our hero comes to term with life’s true meaning, he chances upon a doctor who prescribes oral Lamisil and banishes the jock itch to Hell where it belongs. As the man re-unites with his wife, children and collie, everyone will cry and blow their noses.

And I’ll get a $22,000 check for writing the drivel.
